Bill Hourigan

Team Hourigan is led by William “Bill” Hourigan. Bill has been a top-producing Real Estate Broker in the Colorado Springs, Monument and Castle Rock areas for more than thirty years. His knowledge of the local Real Estate market, contract law, marketing skills, negotiations, hands-on client focus and integrity has created a highly successful repeat and referral-based business. In MANY cases he has worked with multiple family members, and multiple generations within families! Bill is a critical thinker and is dedicated to make the transaction a smooth process all the way to closing. Bill is a member of Peak Producers, is in the top 2% of area Real Estate Agents, and prides himself in having an impeccable reputation among his peers. Bill earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1983. He also enjoyed playing Rugby there all 4 years and captained the club in his senior year. He has received advanced training in real estate becoming a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), and GRI, and he is constantly expanding his education.

Pam Hourigan

Pam oversees marketing and administrative details for the Team, Communication, listening skills, attention to the details, marketing strategies and troubleshooting are among the many skills that will help ease the stress of selling/buying! Pam also has an extensive knowledge of Title having worked as an Escrow Assistant, making the process of selling even more complicated transactions like estates infinitely smoother. Pam has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa, and worked as a Pediatric Nurse for a number of years. She started her own business, Pamela’s Palette, and ran a successful faux painting/staging business in the Colorado Springs and Tri-Lakes communities. Pam received her Real Estate license in 2006. Pam and Bill live in Monument, Colorado where they raised their five wonderful children: Lauren and Lindsay graduates of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Erika a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Natalie a graduate of Colorado State University, and Luke who is a supervisor for a local luxury home builder. The family enjoys a multitude of sports and activities including camping, hiking, baseball, mountain biking and entertaining friends.

A Colorado Springs native, Chrissy is a highly personable and knowledgeable Realtor® who is dedicated to go the extra mile in providing exceptional service to her clients. Chrissy takes the time to understand her client’s needs and works to educate them as part of the process in buying/selling their home. Her positivity and professional integrity generate an accurate representation of her personal values, all while sharing her expertise and creating a fun and enjoyable experience. Having both parents as highly respected Realtors® in the Colorado Springs community, Chrissy grew up learning and loving Real Estate. A graduate of Colorado State University and a former tennis player with a previous background in mortgage loan originations, exterior home remodeling, sales management and customer service, her multitude of skills is a large benefit to those that work with her. Apart from her professional endeavors, Chrissy and her husband, Ken, cherish time spent with family here in Colorado, along with their black lab, Wyatt. They are active in the community and love to volunteer, play sports, travel and spend lots of time in the Rocky Mountains.
